If your controller gets stolen or smashed know that your data is safely backed up in the cloud!
- Log into Trimble Connect with your Trimble ID by pressing the person icon in Trimble Access:
- Select the cloud settings (steps 2 and 3 are a one time setup):
- Turn on "Automatically upload the current project" button. Check the boxes that apply to you. Press Accept.
- The job needs to be associated to a cloud project. So if you are using connect just for this feature, in Trimble Access when you create a new project check "Create cloud project".
Retrieving the data via Connect Web
- To retrieve the data go to Trimble Connect and log in with your Trimble ID. This can be done on a PC or a data collector.
- Select your Project.
- In settings > extensions , enable the field data extension:
- Select Field Data
- Select the job you wish to recover and press download all.
