Trimble Access Workflow and Export

If you haven't paired the Seafloor Hydrolite Plus to your data collector before please follow the steps in "Trimble Access Setup".

If you want to create a hydrographic survey style for Trimble Access please follow the steps in "Trimble Access Setup".

Measuring - Continuous Topo

1. Select Measure > Appropriate Survey Style > Continuous topo
   
2. Apply your measurement parameters:
   
   • Method: Fixed Time
   • Antenna height (Uncorr): Distance from "transducer underside" to "Measure to" selection. In the below example "bottom of quick release" was selected.
   • The below example is using a dual frequency transducer so you can see 2 depth readings. If the single frequency transducer is being used then only 1 depth will be shown.
     
3. Press Start.
4. Once survey is complete press Stop
5. End the survey by going Main Menu > Measure > End GNSS survey
   

Data Export Types

The data can be exported as a CSV from Trimble Access. There are two export style sheets available for download:

• Comma delimited with depths applied
  
• Comma delimited with elevation and depths
  

These style sheets are avaiable for download at the bottom of this article. Once downloaded please place them into the following folder of your data collector: 
"C:\ProgramData\Trimble\Trimble Data\System Files"

Exporting the data

1. Have the job selected.
2. Press "Export"
   
3. Select the appropriate "file format". Define the export location by pressing the folder icon. Enable the required options.
   
4. Press Accept.
