DiNi Data Transfer to PC

Required Items:

• Dini
• Windows PC
• Data Transfer Utility. Download Page
• S Series Instrument Cable
  

1. Connect your Dini to your PC via the S Series Instrument Cable
2. Turn on your Dini
3. Open the Data Transfer Utility on your PC
4. Select Devices
   
5. Select New
   
6. Scroll down until you see "Trimble DiNi (USB) Device"
   
7. Press OK
8. Give it a name of "DiNi USB"
   
9. Press Finish
10. Select Close
11. From the device drop down select DiNi USB
    
12. Press Connect. Once you have a successful connection it will say so on the top right.
    
13. Press the Receive Tab then Add
    
14. Select Browse to choose a destination to store the data.
    
15. Select the jobs you wish to transfer.
16. Press Open
17. Press Transfer All
    
18. Once the transfer is complete you will be greeted by the following screen:
