Trimble License Manager is the portal you will use to apply subscription licenses to users and activate termed hardware. You can access TLM from the following link: https://license-manager.trimble.com/

How to structure the license pool.

Who's Trimble ID do these purchased licenses get given to? 

Currently we have 3 recommendations for license ownership (this could apply for all subscription license types).

1. Small Business 
   • TID of the director/principal
2. Medium Business
   • TID of a non-employee entity. This is done so that licenses don’t get lost when an employee leaves the business. 
     • Example: hirefleet@upgsolutions.com 
3. Large National Business
   • Multiple TID’s of non-employee entities split by state. This is done so admins don’t steal from another states pool of licenses
     • Example: VIChirefleet@upgsolutions.com
     • Example: QLDhirefleet@upgsolutions.com
     • Example: NSWhirefleet@upgsolutions.com
