Trimble License Manager is the portal you will use to apply subscription licenses to users and activate termed hardware. You can access TLM from the following link: https://license-manager.trimble.com/
You have 3 main methods to invite users into your Trimble License Manager.
- Manually create user
- Import from Trimble Connect
- Import from a file
(1) Manually Create User
To manually create a user select the button and fill out the details in the pop up box:
If you wish to give the user admin privileges then tick the "Grant administrator access" dialog box.
Note: You can manually create users when applying a license. You don't need to be in the "Users" menu.
(2) Import Users - From Trimble Connect
To import users from a Trimble Connect project press the Import Users > From Trimble Connect button.
From here you will be able to select a project that you are apart of and import all the users from there. This is a mass import, you can't select the individual users.
Once you select the project you will be able to see all the users that you will invite into your TLM to freely distribute licenses to. If you are happy with your project selection then press "Import Users"
Note: Users imported via this method wont be given Admin status and will have to be manually give Admin status by pressing the pencil icon next to there name in the Users menu.
(3) Import From a File
To import users from a CSV file press the Import Users > From a File button.
Drag and drop or browse for the CSV file that has the user list you wish to import, once the file is selected press Import Users.
Note: Users imported via this method wont be given Admin status and will have to be manually give Admin status by pressing the pencil icon next to there name in the Users menu.
